Do you have an interesting resource you would like to share with the Exercise Change community? Your resource could be related to Exercise Motivation & Change and/or Exercise and Fitness. Resources could include activity sheets, motivational exercises or scripts, posters or images, media (audio or video) or simply some words of wisdom.
To upload your resource simply choose a file to upload (50MB maximum file size) then click share. You have the option of including your name as well as a brief explanation of your resource, if it needs one.
