Don't Wait... Change Now!

If not now... Then when?
free assessment - What motivates you?

ABOUT EXERCISE CHANGE

A site dedicated to helping you make exercise, nutrition and health related behavior changes. This site's for anyone regardless of age or fitness level, who wants to change their habits in order to change their lives for the better.

Exercising… Many people love it and just as many don’t. For those that find it a struggle or equally for those already training and unable to move to the next level, exercise can be frustrating. It's not uncommon to ask questions such as...
  • What happened, I started so well?  or
  • Why can’t I stick to anything I try? or
  • Why can't I do this even though I really want to?
These are exactly the types of questions Exercise Change aims to address via its Blog, Products, Resources and Interviews pages. Together this content offers a unique insight into Motivation, Habits and Behavior Change, and more importantly... How it applies to you.

So... Take action and take control of your life. Your only a click away...

ABOUT MATT WILLIAMS

I created this site with a central purpose... To help people make positive changes and achieve their health related change goals. Professionally, I'm a trainer, program developer and author with a specific interest in health related behavior change. Most of the work I do in this area involves training people how to interpret and influence change. Personally I'm a devoted husband, father and fitness fanatic. Through personal experience I know how hard making changes can be. Even harder is making changes and sticking to them.

To assist you in making changes I've put together a whole bunch of information, activities and resources that I know will help you. You'll learn about motivation, habits, goal setting, the change process and finally how to use this knowledge to your advantage. I really believe that when it comes to making changes - health or other - most people don't pay enough attention to the drive behind the change. It's this drive that is what really matters. Most of us know 'how to do it'... Especially when it comes to health, but this isn't the problem. The problem is 'how to do what you know you need to do'. This is what I'm here to help you with - To build up the knowledge you need to make change a reality in both the short and the long term!

If you've got a question about any of this stuff then let me know - I'd love to hear from you and I'll do my best to answer.

Go hard!
