Why I Wanted to Interview Jane
As well as being a sport and exercise enthusiast Jane is also a Physiotherapist who regularly works with people struggling with motivation. Through her role as a Physiotherapist Jane has come to develop a unique insight into the various attitudes and mindsets of both the motivated and the unmotivated.
