Why are we Motivated to Change at All?

In order to survive in modern times you don’t need to be fit and healthy. Modern medicine and technology have made sure of that. Why is it then that so many of us want to be fit and healthy, exercise regularly and eat well? And why is it that others have no interest in doing these things at all? In many cases motivation to change comes down to a single trigger event, big or small. Or it can be a cumulative process where thoughts and ideas build up. In the following Interview Segments Interviewee's are asked...

"What motivated you to get to the point you’re at now, and what are the things that get people motivated to change?"
