Maintaining Motivation


Often when people finally commit to making a change they start with a bang, and experience what you could call a motivational honeymoon period. At this point motivation isn’t an issue. It is usually after this initial period when we start to see motivation decreasing. This is often the time when people stop or begin a decline in training frequency and intensity. In the following Interview Segments Interviewee's are asked...
