Building Motivation to Change


Thinking something would be nice to do vs. being motivated and driven to do it are two different things. What happens to shift us from thinking 'something would be good to do' to thinking 'I've got to do this'? Do these things happen naturally or do we seek them out? In the following Interview Segments Interviewee's are asked...
