Barriers to Motivation

When it comes to doing something difficult or challenging there seems to be no shortage of barriers that get in our way. Common barriers people often struggle with include work life balance, tragedies, injuries, Christmas periods, busy times, kids, relationship difficulties and moving house etc. If we are to succeed in remaining motivated to make these changes we must work through these barriers. In the following Interview Segments Interviewee's are asked...

"In your experience and from what you have seen others go through, what are some of the most common barriers that challenge motivation and change?"
&
"What are your thoughts on how to manage these situations?"
